I have availability to get started almost straight away, just be sure that whoever is receiving the voucher has a valid provisional driving license. If not, you can apply on the Government DVLA website and receive the license in just 7 days. You can apply for a provisional license before your 17th birthday, but can’t take lessons until you are 17.
